MANAGE YOUR PRIVATE SCOPES

The app is organised in private workspaces called scopes, each scope allowing the owner to manage team members, clients and jobs.
After registration, you can be assigned to be member or admin of existing scopes by their owners, or you can create your own private scopes.

If you are invited to an existing scope you will use the service for FREE. Only scope owners will pay a service fee, according to their team size.

MANAGE CLIENTS

Scope owners and delegated admins can easily create new clients, update the existing ones, assign workers to each client, view client calendar and generate useful reports.

MANAGE JOBS

You can easily create and manage jobs for your assigned clients. You can also create private tasks, or generate instant quotes.
The calendar gives you a quick overview of your jobs organised by status.
You can record and track progress in real time, and once the job is completed, TaskSD automatically generates an invoice for your provided services.
Jobs and payments can be monitored and filtered by status and date, and you can easily keep track of your income.

Registration is Free, authentication is fast and secure using your existing Microsoft or Google account.

Each scope is private, being visible only to the users assigned to that scope.
If you are invited to an existing scope you will use the service for FREE.

When you create a scope, you become the owner and you can manage your team members and clients within that scope.
There is no upfront subscription or credit card required. You will pay only what what you are using.
Our services are invoiced at the end of each calendar month, payable by the scope owners, according to their team size.

There is no long term commitment, you can request cancellation of services on monthly basis.
To get you started, we offer your first created scope FREE FOR ONE MONTH, without further commitment.
